Returning Products
The Eco Path excepts returns only on products that are unused and in there original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Unfortunately personal care products are not eligible for returns,
In order to return your items please provide proof of purchase by emailing us at support@theecopath.ca.
Refunds
In order to refund your purchase we must receive the products back in unused condition. Once we have received the products and are able to make sure they are in good condition we will be able to process your refund to the same method of payment used when you purchased originally.
Damaged Items
If you receive your package and there are damaged items inside please send us a photo of the damages to support@theecopath.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted on items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please send us an email at support@theecopath.ca with your proof of purchase and photos of the damaged/defective items.
Shipping
For any return inquiries please email us at support@theecopath.ca. All returns shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. These cost are non-refundable.
Please ship all returns with tracking as we are not liable for lost return packages.
